Plugin bad for SEO image?

This plugin doesnt seem to be that good for SEO purposes. I just noticed that google image indexes the images on the index (main page) like this: http://i.imgur.com/qp9Oev8.jpg

as you can see, all the title and alt tags are not collected by google image at all. even tho im using a seo image plugin on the page, and all the images on the main index and single are getting the correct alt and title tags.

All the images (thumbnails) on the main page are renamed to “timthumb.php” instead of just adding the file name and then add a “thumb” at the end of the file name. like “funny-image-thumb.jpg” or something similar.

have i dont anything wrong here or is it suppose to be like this? Anything i can do for fixing this?
