 * Great Plugin. Works flawlessly once properly configured. We use it on all or
   our sites. Presently, we are migrating hosting providers and moving to Rackspace
   Cloud Files. When migrating the first site, everything went flawlessly however
   BackWPup is trying to access the directory on the old server and I get the following
   error:
 * [WARNING] opendir(D:/Hosting/5042449/html/wp-content/uploads/): failed to open
   dir: No such file or directory
 * because obviously it doesn’t exist on the new server with Rackspace. I cannot
   find a setting or database table that would allow me to change this setting.
   Can anyone tell me what file to modify and what directory to create to fix this?

 * Please Check the directory in the settings tab and change it….

 * Daniel:
 * Thank you for the response. That was the first thing we tried. All settings were
   confirmed to correct and not directing to the old host. We ended up doing a clean
   install by migrating cPanel and it has resolved itself.

 * If you would please mark this thread as “resolved” it would be appreciated. Helps
   everyone keep better track of whose issues are still outstanding. Thanks!

 * Zoonini:
 * I actually tried to when I did the last post but I don’t see a way to do it.
   Where do I access that function?

 * There should be a link or checkbox somewhere – since I’ve never actually started
   a thread myself I can’t give you precise instructions or a screenshot, but maybe
   someone else can. 😉

 * Excellent – thanks for telling me where it is, that’ll be helpful in the future.
