• Hi Myatu,

I just updated to 1.1.1 and I seem to not be able to add new images to Image Sets. I also cannot add images to new Image Sets.
When I choose the image I want, whether I upload it or take it from the Media Library, the upload screen freezes and turns blank but does not add any image to the Image Set.

Do you have an idea why this may happen? Am I missing some dependency?

    Thanks in advance,
    Bob

    Hi Bob,

Sorry to hear that. It seems there might be a conflict with plugins being used.

On the Settings page, at the bottom you will find a Debug link, which expands an area with more debug details (such as installed plugins).

If you could send those to hello@myatus.com, then I can try and reproduce the problem and find a work-around for it.

    Hi Myatu,

I can’t seem to find the Debug link. Is it possible that I don’t have it in my installation?

However, I tried disabling some of my recently installed plugins and I noticed that “Background Manager” conflicts with “Fullscreen Galleria” (v0.5.3). After I disable “Fullscreen Galleria” I am able to easily update the Image Sets.

Any thoughts on what I can do next to help figure this out?

    Hi,

The debug link is found on the main screen (Admin -> Appearance -> Background), near the bottom of the page.

I’ve installed Fullscreen Galleria, and it did not appear to interfere in my case – so there might be something else at play here. I will keep investigating.

I’m having the same kind of trouble here, too. I can add images through the browse function. But whenever I want to add an image from the library with the “copy to set”-button the screen just reloads blank. This means that if I want to have an image in multiple background sets, I have to upload them multiple times.

Mine started working after I moved the WP installation to a server. (I had it on a local computer). I have no idea why though.

@kriscoady – This sounds like there’s a conflict with another plugin. If the problem still persists, could you send the Debug details (Admin -> Appearance -> Background -> “Debug” link at the bottom of the page)? You can open a ticket at http://myatus.com/support/ if you wish.

I have this same issue all of a sudden. Did do some database restores recently which might have caused it somehow. I ran the debug but I have no clue which error will fix this issue from the output. Is there a way to completely uninstall? Including database? When I completely delete the plugin the previous image sets still show when I reinstall but my main one is listed but missing the image set. Maybe clearing the associated database tables will help?? Please help, plugin is kind of important…

Ok, well I just switched to a lighter easier plugin fyi: Background Per Page plugin works great

Having the same issues as above.

    Add New Image Set
    Add An Image
    Media Library
paged=14 (14th page of media library)
    Show
    Copy To Image Set

    Takes me to:
    /wp-admin/media-upload.php?type=image&tab=library&post_id=930&filter=media_library

With a blank screen, EMPTY HTML source.
