• Hi there. First off, I love, love, love this plugin and have used it on a couple of other sites and been quite pleased with the results. I’m having a problem with another site however and here it is:

Installed plugin and configured settings, ran a successful import and all was well. Unfortunately I inadvertently deleted the imports and have attempted to restore them several times over the past few days to no avail.

As mentioned in a prior forum post here, I kept getting the same message about an import in progress. That said, I went ahead and deleted the plugin and reinstalled, however having done so my configuration options remain populated as they were in my initial install.

Seems my settings have been left in the database someplace after my initial install and I can’t get rid of them. I’ve taken a look at the database, but can’t find anything related to ANY of the plugins I have installed, this one included. That said, I’m at a bit of a loss for how to proceed.

I’d really like to use this plugin but it seems my database won’t let me. I’ve never run into this kind of problem with a plugin before, so perhaps there’s something I’ve overlooked and it’s an easy fix. Whatever the case, I appreciate any and all help in advance. 🙂

    Thanks,

    Shane

Hi there, Matt. Thanks for the link, unfortunately that didn’t do the trick. I edited the values as per your instructions, however to no avail. That said, I took it a step further and deleted both the plugin and it’s corresponding rows from the “Options” table in the database and that worked. Thanks nonetheless for your great work on this plugin. 🙂

the idea of this plugin is excellent and would like to get this working, but I am having the same problem described the original poster here, I was able to get 3 original videos from the new youtube channel but after the initial download nothing else is downloaded, tried deactivating/deleting the plugin, re-installed and same issue, then deleted again and remove the lines in the options table as described above still nothing, any help is greatly appreciated.
    Kelvin.
