# Plugin auto update don't work.

 * When I try to update a auto plugin I always get stuck at:
 * Downloading update from [http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/akismet.2.5.1.zip…](http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/akismet.2.5.1.zip…)
 * Sometimes it sais unpacking the update but not always.
 * I changed the plugin folder to 755. I also ytied to change the folder to 777 
   but it won’t let me. The hosting account is 1 and 1 hosting.

 * I was able to change the chmod to 777 but it still gets stuck at unpacking the
   update. Anyone know what could be causing this?
