[Plugin: Auto Post Thumbnail] does'nt works with special recent posts

plugin works very well but i cant understand why it doesnt works with “special recent posts” plugin..that is, “special recent posts” doesnt shows thumbnails created by “auto post thumbnail”..while it shows thumbnails when created with “generate thumbnails” plugin..please help..
