Plugin Authors – Need Your Help! Make Admin Section Paginate

I am planning on using this relatively simple looking one-page plugin (Bind Users to Category).

However, I will have hundreds (maybe thousands) of users. And so I want to make the output paginate in the Admin section every 50/100 users.

Is there some code I could add to plugin that would easily do that?
