[Plugin: Audio Player] id3 display on page load?

    Hi there!

1st off, love the plug-in! Super reliable, been using it for a while now.

I just upgraded to the latest version, and I’m wondering if it’s possible to display the id3 tag info in the player after the page loads, rather than when clicking play. “Track #1” comes up on all of the players now, and must be “activated” by the play button before the id3 info is displayed.

If this isn’t possible, is there a way to leave the player blank until the id3 info can be retrieved? The seemingly default “track #1” option is a bit visually distracting all over the site.

As a sidenote, I have enabled checking for a policy file as my audio is on a different server than the site.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!

I have the same problem. Somebody please help.

    Thanks you,

    Les

I had the same problem. It is not reading ID3 v2 data (created by iTunes). I used an ID3 editor to copy the v2 data to v1. Now the track info shows up.
