[Plugin: Audio Player] I did axactly but the player just didn't come out

I did axactly but the player just didn’t come out. I tried an look on the internet for the solution but I couldn’t find anywhere.

I also want to suggest make an add audio button for user to easily use your plugin. or include a simple step by step manual to some page of the admin controlpanel.
