# Plugin architecture guide

 * I searched but couldn’t find anything on the architecture of the new plugin system.
   Is there a plugin how to somewhere, and I’m just not finding it?

   Those are already available. A look at some plugins that have already been written
   can help too. I wish someone who wrote a plugin would also write a “howto write
   a plugin” kind of document 🙂

 * The “Hello Dolly” plugin is supposed to be a guide/template for making plugins.
   There’s not a whole lot to it, but it will be more formally introduced in the
   docs section of this website soon.
