 * I’ve requested a repository for a a plugin that I want to publish (added a description
   and a link to the zip file), it took about two days, than it disappeared from
   the requests, no email, nothing. My question is, if they reject it for some reason,
   do they inform you on the email or not?

 * Make sure plugins AT wordpress.org is whitelisted. That’s where the mail is from.
