I’m using WordPress with Divi and Woocommerce with the Woocommerce Australia Post plugin.

I configured it for flat rate within Australia and for Australia Post rate for overseas.

The problem is that when I try a test order for overseas it applies the flat rate instead of calculating the shipping for overseas. I have put in the parcel dimensions and weight for the product, which is a book BTW.

Can anyone assist? Thank you very much.

    Kathryn

    Hello @thelifecreative01
Do you have a different shipping zone for Australia and overseas?

Yes there is a different shipping zone for overseas (Australia is flat rate) and everything in the documentation seems to have been adhered to. Can you advise? Thank you, Kathryn

    Hello œthelifecreative01

I’m sorry but I forgot to mention that this plugin does not support international shipping. International shipping is only available in the paid version of the plugin.

Hi, Installed the paid version but it still doesn’t work. Are there any addition configuration settings? The paid version is installed as well as the free version. Thank you, K.

    Hello @thelifecreative01
Would you please open a support ticket here? https://wpruby.com/submit-ticket/

If that’s possible, go to the plugin’s settings page, and enable the Debug Mode option, and send me the debugging messages from the Cart page with the support ticket.

    Thanks,
    Waseem
