I have had about 15 out of 80 guests notify me that they are unable to purchase tickets to the event through paypal or with the use of a credit card.
This seems strange to me as I continue to have tickets sold almost every day but then again I continue to get notification that they have tried multiple time to compelte the transaction without success. Specifically, when they proceed to the the paypal order confirmation page and press “continue” it brings them back to the host website with the event ticketing pluging instead of the Thank You page. Subsequently, the transaction is never proceesed and no confirmation emails are sent out.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
