• This plugin is currently non-functional and appears to be abandoned by the developers. The support page shows unanswered requests for over a year, and attempts to contact support through the developer portal developer.doordash.com have also been ignored.

Users should be aware that setting up this plugin is a waste of time as it does not work.Key Functional Failures:

    • API Issues: The plugin’s API connection seems to be broken.
    • Location Saving Failure: Configuration details, such as attempting to add pickup locations, are not saving properly.
    • Checkout/Fee Issues: The delivery fee setting is broken. Despite configuring it to populate a specific delivery fee, the checkout page always displays “free for dashboard.”

    Request to Developers:

If any developers are reading this, please remove this plugin from the WordPress repository. The least they can do is delete this plugin from WordPress so other users aren’t misled.

  • I second this!

I was informed by DoorDash’s developer support desk on 7/8/25 that DoorDash is no longer onboarding new customers onto this plugin. It took me 4 months of daily phone calls & emails to get that definitive answer from them. My company had even contracted a developer to install this plugin on our website before being told that we could not onboard, so that was money wasted.

DoorDash went as far as recommending a completely different delivery plugin. My guess is that they are phasing out this plugin and relying on 3rd parties to partner with them for delivery services via WooCommerce.

    Hi,

Can you share what other delivery plugin they recommended?

Shipday. It’s not free, but it works. They are partnered with many other delivery services too.
