[Plugin: Another WordPress Classifieds Plugin] Problem with translation and character coding

First problem:
I am unable to display the “More information”, “Contact” and “Contact information” headings in my native language (Polish). I am using the translation file and it worked except those three phrases. Where can I find the strings, what to write to translate and display them properly at the website?

This is critical issue.

Second problem:
Does the plugin support Polish characters (UTF-8)? I am unable to make it display some of the Polish letters like ą, ę, ź, ż in headers.
