each time i try to add an announcement it says “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”

How do i fix that?

Can you access all of the rest of the dashboard?

I have the same problem. Each time I try to add an announcement it says “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page”. I can access all the rest of the dashboard and all other functions. I just installed the latest version last week. Help?
