 * Is there an **alternative peer review plugin to Annotum** ? Annotum is the one
   of two plugins that are results on a search and both are academic and functionally
   too complex.
 * I am looking for relatively straightforward peer review mechanism for posts but
   can’t find a plugin on search here or elsewhere.
 * Suggestions appreciated.
