I use plugin and i get mail from youtube – audit API 😛
But generaly this is for creator Plugin: YourChannel

Violation: API Clients should not change or interfere with user interface in YouTube Applications. Kindly do not add any extra controllers such to YouTube videos that come under modification of User Interface.
