# [Plugin: Amazon Link] Random "No image available"

 * I’ve been using Amazon Link on a site but it’s having problems:

 * The product images are randomly replaced with “no image available.” I visit the
   products and verify there are images. I double-check the URLs. But each time 
   I refresh, it’s a different set of missing images.
 * I tried this with and without the caching enabled.
 * I do have W3 Total Cache installed, but these missing images show up even if 
   I’m logged in.
 * Please help!

 * Your site looks fine at the moment (20 Images), I did several refreshes and it
   did not get any missing images.
 * I’m surprised turning on the Amazon Link cache did not help with the problem 
   as once the item is in the cache it should not need to fetch it again.
 * Amazon have recently changed the request limits ([https://affiliate-program.amazon.com/gp/advertising/api/detail/faq.html](https://affiliate-program.amazon.com/gp/advertising/api/detail/faq.html))
   so this may impact your page if you do not use the amazon link cache.
 * I’m hoping to get a new revision of the plugin out soon, just got a couple of
   niggles to sort out, one of the things I have fixed was some corruption in the
   cache. Although this would cause the same item to always be corrupted.
 * Could it be that the W3 Total Cache is caching the ‘no image available’ items?

 * Sill me. I apparently didn’t clear W3TC after I implemented Amazon Link’s cache.
   So I guess there wasn’t a problem after all!
 * But it’s also really helpful to know the request limits.
