Update to 2.4.10: Random white-space added in HTML mails (3 posts)

    Hey,

after I updated to version 2.4.10, newsletters contained random white-spaces (usually space followed be newline right inside a non-UTF-8 word).

After I removed the (in my case unused) alo_em_make_links_trackable_in_content-filter in alo-easymail_functions.php, the problem did not occur again.

Could it be, that the simple_html_dom integration causes this error?

    I'm having a similar issue since 2.4.10.

Sometimes, when a new-line would appear in the HTML because of the length of the line in [CONTENT], an exclamation mark would be added to the newsletter, right before the newline in the HTML-code.

    Example:

So, when the code for the newsletter in the [CONTENT] tag goes to a new line, an "!" is added for some reason. This has nothing to do with <br />-tags. Everything is fine in the DB. Collation is UTF8.

Commenting out the alo_em_make_links_trackable_in_content-function in alo-easymail_functions.php solved the problem.

Thanks for the report, I'll investigate about simple_html_dom issues. If you find more info please let us know.
