I have just updated the plugin to 2.4.11
When I try test to send a newsletter, I have a new problem (quite new: I must say since last time I tried, there are many more things that changed on my site under developmnet, so I can’t be sure it is the plugin update that triggered this problem)!
I do every step as in your video, but when I click ‘create list of recipients’ I get the lightbox open without any styling, and none of the links (test, send, …) works.
See shot (I can provide access to admin if you mail me at agnes.lesage @ gmail etc).
I saw somewhere else there is an issue with lightbox…?
I use a theme that has prettyPhoto embedded for lightbowx functions, not sure if it can be a problem?
What else may I check or try?

PS: Incidentally see one of your page mentionning that a change to the table prefix may cause some issues in sending. I did change them when using better WP security… When I check, the tables are there with a different prefix. Would that be a problem? What to do?
I juste desactivated / reactivated now and still ahve the problem
The lightbox is not styled, I cant use any button nor even close it.

Oh, I think I found something… I use Better WP minify for minifying scripts and CSS, when I desatcite it it seems to come out right!

I can tell BWP minify not to minify a script if I know the handle… but I can’t find it! Do you know?

Also, I’d need the CSS file URL to exclude it….

About the handlers, you can open the alo-easymail.php and alo-easymail_recipients-list.php and search for wp_enqueue_: you will find all css and js handlers called by plugin.

It seems those 2 handles can be added tio BWP minify exception list and it’d work
    – alo-easymail-backend-recipients-list
    – jquery

mmmm… in order to get sending work, I had to add new ones:
(otherwise it stops at ‘create list of recipients):

I ended up adding in BWP minify exception list all those (did not check one by one but with all these, it seems to all work:)

    alo-easymail-backend-recipients-list
    jquery
    alo-easymail-backend
    alo_em_load_scripts
    wp-pointer
    utils
    json2
