I am new about plug in through ftp. It will be great if anybody help to installation step by step process in my child theme.

Plugin does not work to my PC. After uploading to my child theme when i go to wordpress plug in, it says like below nothing comes after that message. I am always facing this problem. How can I solve it. Any help will be appreciated.
