We've installed the All-in-One Calendar for our multi-site. Only need to use it on the base site, but cannot get the calendar to display in pages, or the settings to display in the administration panel. We have uninstalled and re-installed several times.

    Can anybody help?

Go to Calendar -> Settings then look for options check weather 1 or 2 columns are checked, if 1 check 2 columns then refresh page, it should work fine with you.
