@support101: Per my messages in the other 2 threads, in future please create a new thread for a new issue, or submit a ticket at help@time.ly

However, this particular issue is likely a conflict with your WP theme and can be resolved by removing this line from the theme header file – example – <base href=”http://www.myblog.com/”>.

    Regards

    Richard,

I did see anything in my header like <base href=”http://www.myblog.com/”>.

Still the Drop down view button is not working.

I send separate ticket yesterday but their no anyone answer my question. 🙁

Thank you and God Bless you always.

    Hi support101,

Sorry, please can you clarify that you removed that line? If you could not find it, then try looking at the ‘page source’ in order to find the line. It will be somewhere in the wordpress theme.

    Thanks

    +1 for rich snippets
