[Plugin: All in One Adsense and YPN] Forced donation

Does this plugin enforce a minimum revenue-sharing donation of 1% (if the user enters 0 in the donation box) or 8.333% (or one in twelve, if the user enters nothing or <-1 in the donation box)?
