[Plugin: All Category SEO Updater] The plugin is over riding my index page meta data

Hello, i need some urgent help please, i love this plugin, but ive noticed its over riding the meta data on my index page that was enetred using the all in one seo pack, i urgently need to get the title, keywords and description tag back on my index page, ive noticed from previous threads people have had the same problems, can you help please?
