[Resolved] [Plugin: Ajax Event Calendar] Styling: Removing the border on mouse-over

  • Hi,

    Great plugin – this is exactly what I was looking for.

    I have managed to style most of the plugin and widgets as I want them using Firebug and the !important in my theme’s CSS. However, I cannot for the life of me work out how to remove that round-cornered border that appears when you mouse-over each item in the event list.

    Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

    @eranmiller

    .aec-eventlist li:hover{-moz-box-shadow:0 0 2px #000;-webkit-box-shadow:0 0 2px #000;box-shadow:0 0 2px #000}

    Thanks for your quick reply, but that doesn’t seem to work…

    That’s not the solution, that’s the class you were looking for and whose style you need to override.

    Oops – got it. Fixed! Thank you so much.

    Eran – I can change that style til the cows come home, but it is not overriding the li:hover border style. The style you mention above, is for a shadow rather than border.

    I’ve even copied the style from custom.css, pasted in my stylesheet and tried to kill the shadow to no avail.

    Any additional input?

    I love the calendar features, but the unstyling has been a pain so that we can have the event list match our design.
