[Plugin: Adwit Banner Manager] Adwit crashed my site

I updated this plug in and it crashed my whole site – I am unable to log onto my dashboard as all I get is an error message page. Seems my blog is now permanently destroyed as I have no idea how to fix this problem when i can not even access my dashboard to delete the plug in. My advice, don’t touch this plug in unless you want to see your blog go down the drain 🙁
