 * Hi there,
 * I’m looking for a plugin for my home page that will do the following:
    1. user
   will have 2-3 fields with a drop down list and an OK button 2. once user will
   set the values and press ok, a new page will open based on the parameters he 
   chooses 3. the plugin needs to construct the new url link according to the values
   and a predefined set of rules
 * Any suggestions ?
