 * Hi 🙂
    I’m using Advertising Mgr plugin and I want to grant access to subscriber
   level.
 * Any subscriber interested to publish Ads on the magazine can submit his code 
   through his Dashboard.
 * The AD will be stored and set as “non active”.
 * Later, the Admin can validate Subscriber’s Ads.
 * I tried to follow the code found in wp_options table but it wasn’t clear 🙁
