I recently upgraded to 2.8.6 and today tried installing this plugin but got an error message that it could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error….

Fatal error: Cannot unset string offsets in /home/…./plugins/advertising-manager/lib/Advman/Upgrade.php on line 426
I’m not sure if this will help in figuring out what the problem is, but I upgraded to WP 2.8.6 before installing Advertising Manager, and it doesn’t work either.
I do not get a fatal error, it just doesn’t actually display the ads that I have added and told it to display on pages and posts.

Apparently I was failing at inserting the ads properly – the Wiki and Documentation sections on the plugin website were blank when I was trying to learn how to use it. They seem to have some sections available today, and I was not adding the ads to my posts properly. The ad always worked fine in the preview.
Now that I can add them to my posts, I get a new problem. Instead of an ad appearing, I get this:
Warning: in_array() [function.in-array]: Wrong datatype for second argument in /home/.alonzo/taipa/caitlinthompson.com/wp-content/plugins/advertising-manager/lib/OX/Ad.php on line 140
EDIT: this same error appears when I try to use the Widget to display ads in the sidebar as well

What version of PHP are you using? Also, can you confirm your WP and Advertising Manager versions?

Hi, I can get all my ads on my site except cetain adsense ads the 336x? box when i put it in the page give it the space it requires but the actuall doesnt pop the adsense ads only come up in the widget bar any reason for that thanks for your help again
