[Plugin: Advanced Excerpt] Thumbnail for Excerpt feature

Very good plugin. In regards to future features, I was wondering if you had thought of building a thumbnail feature into the plugin. My theme does not automatically output the thumbnails I provide. It would be great if you had a feature which allowed us to output thumbnails or first image files with each excerpt.
