[Plugin: Advanced Custom Fields] Images are not being added to post after selecting them

Whenever I click “Select Image” the pop up closes and no image is added and still shows as “No image selected”. I’ve tried using different field types, the repeater with an image field and the standard image field type by itself. None of them seem to allow the image to be added.

Anyone have an idea what could be causing this?
