So I found this plugin, Unfiltered MU: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/unfiltered-mu/

which works in conjunction with Access Manager, but as it doesn’t really seem to be supported anymore, I think it’d be great if allowing unfiltered HTML for admin/editor/etc in a MU install could be part of the access manager

    Thanks

    Hi artychan,
Thanks for your feedback. I’ll check what I can do for you. More likely there is some issue with WordPress in fact Unfiltered HTML Capability is handled by WordPress.

    Regards,
    Vasyl
