# [Plugin: AdRotate] Causing performance problems

 * Hey guys,
 * I updated my pludin on the first of the month and my site got shut down due to
   some tracking errors caused by the newest version. I don’t know the details but
   the support site said something to do with making billions of calls on the database?
   Once I disabled the plugin, the site was restored, however I need it! Can you
   please help! I have reactivated it temporarily, however I can imagine it will
   do the same thing. Please either provide an earlier version that does not create
   this error or let me know what I can do.

 * Hey guys just an update, I tried to upload the plugin again and the same thing
   happened. The hosting company said that the plugin “started to run huge queries
   and use a ton of CPU”
