[Plugin: AdRotate] Auto place ads above post title?

Hello and thanks for this nice plugin.
I was wondering if it was possible to edit the code and have the

Include ads in categories?

to place the ad above the post title and not right after. I am just beginning with wordpress and PHP but should be able to figure it out if pointed where to 🙂
