# Plugin admin panel missing

 * Recently I have installed a blog wordpress site, but when entering wordpress/
   admin, I don’t have Admin Plugin panel, so I can not upload plugins (for ex. 
   weather plugin). where is the problem?

 * did you get all the files properly uploaded? I’ve seen instances where one or
   more menu items will be missing and it’s because this or that file was missing.
