# Plugin admin page

 * Frankly, I don’t know what version I am using. My WordPress blog is rather new
   however (in the last two months) so I am assuming it’s at least version 2.8.x.
 * My question: I don’t have a plugin admin page under appearance or otherwise. 
   The template I am using is Simpla. Could this have something to do with it? If
   not, how to I install plugins?

 * Try looking in the bottom right hand corner of any Admin page.

 * Is this a self-hosted WP blog or a wordpress.com blog? If it’s the latter, you
   can’t install any plugins.
