Support » Plugin: Admin Menu Editor » [Plugin: Admin Menu Editor] Settings menu now removed, but i don't know how! Tried re-install H

I’v been using Admin Menu Editor on a number of sites now and think it’s great.
I have been trying to remove the “settings” menu from specific user roles on one of my sites.
Eventually I tried manually removing the URL link from within Admin Menu Editor and it has completely removed the settings from my site for all user roles, I now need to get this back but can’t.
http://www.mydomain.com/wp-admin/?reset_admin_menu=1 doesn’t work now
I have deactivated/unistalled and re-installed the plugin but still now luck, i have even re-installed wordpress, but the settings menu won’t come back.
What do i do now? Do i need to do something to the DB?
I’d really appreciate help with this, and once fixed, knowing how to remove the settings/menu editor menu would be awesome.
thanks an overall a great plugin!!!!
ok, got it back by copying the CSS options from another install! Stupid me!!!
Is there a way to hide the Menu Editor from any role lower than Administrator (10) as the built in “required capability” doesn’t hide this for my users, and displays for all roles.
