Hello, I use this plugin for all my sites and found in 3.3 beta 3 that logout functionality has now completely shifted to the admin bar. I already had a plugin for single click logging out, so I simply customized it to work with the Admin Bar Removal (completely disable) plugin.

If you are upgrading to 3.3, my plugin One Click Logout Barless enables one to use the Admin Bar Removal (completely disable) plugin, and still be able to logout, and if multisite is installed, to navigate in multisite, also.

    Cheers!

really looking forward to the formal version release of “Admin Bar Removal Completely Disable” to solve the WP3.3 problem……the sooner the better
