[Plugin: AddToAny: Subscribe Button] How to remove Email tab?

I’m using a different email subscription scheme, so I’d like to remove the subscribe by email functionality from the subscribe button… but so far haven’t been able to find how to do this!

I was able to remove email tabs from the Addtoany Share/Save buttons by including CSS (directions found at Addtoany site), but this doesn’t work for the sidebar subscription button widget, and I can’t seem to find directions for achieving this. Help?
