[Plugin: AddToAny: Share/Bookmark/Email Buttons] Google 1 does not always show the count

I’ve noticed that the count for Google +1 button is 0 unless you are logged in to Google+

Is that intentional? It just seems odd that visitors can not see how popular a post is on G+ until they are logged in to G+
