There is a major issue with this plugin and it adds alt text to all other images on the page, not just the product image.

For example brand logos, or images in a mega menu.

    Hello,

    Thanks for the feedback.
It’s unfortunate to hear that you have issues with the plugin.

The Woo Image SEO plugin is meant to be a general-purpose solution that works on most websites.
There are currently 5000+ websites that use it.
However, some specific themes or plugin’s might not be fully supported.

If you wish, you could mention your active theme and installed plugin’s here.
This would allow me to test for myself in the future.

If you want to get more personalized support, please use the plugin’s contact form.

    Regards,
    Danail

    We use the https://woodmart.xtemos.com/ theme.

    Which uses Wpbakery builder.

    Thanks for the info.
This issue would be resolved in a future version of Woo Image SEO.
Until then, we suggest trying to add the HTML class “woo-image-seo-skip” to some of the images that should not be processed by the plugin.

That is not possible. There are way too many image elements from different plugins, the editor etc. Not possible to add classes on all of those.

The problem also exists on custom taxonomy pages and product listings.

I think you should do the reverse and only apply the titles where your class is found, not when it isn’t.
