[Plugin: Add Twitter, Facebook Like, Google plus one Social share] Twitter button breaks page
My blog has a lot of entries imported from Blogger. The import wasn’t perfect, therefore I have got a lot of post titles, which begin with a “
>” (No, not with the HTML entity.)
When I use the Twitter button, WordPress recognizes the “
>” in the title as the end of the
<a>tag and begins to prettyformat the rest of the HTML code — breaking the structure thus hiding the post itself… ☺
htmlentities($post_title, ENT_QUOTES, DB_CHARSET, false)
in lines #223, #228, #278 and #283. It helped. I don’t really like using DB_CHARSET, though.
