[Plugin: Add Meta Tags] [BUG] og:image tag not output for the home page with featured image

I’ve added a featured image to the Home page in my WordPress installation, but Add Meta Tags doesn’t output the og:image tag for it.
Featured images in other pages, e.g. About Us (http://blueseed.co/about-us/) are picked up correctly.
