    Marcel,

    Please stop marking all the new topics as resolved. It defeats the whole purpose of a user community where users support each other. Not all the answers to these questions are found in the FAQ of the plugin page. Most of these people just want an answer from other users. By closing the posts, you are denying these people from receiving support from the user community.

    Maybe 1 in 100 support requests are answered by other users, 99 of 100 are answered by me.

    You can read in the link above why I don’t answer support questions on wordpress.org anymore. Since I take great care in supporting this plugin (which cost me quite some free time, also in the sense without costs), I think it is reasonable to do this my way.
