[Plugin: Add Link to Facebook] Feature Request: Support for Digg Thumbnail

Is it possible to Have support for Digg Thumbnail included in the next update? One that could be set up the same as the Facebook thumbnail by selecting the first image in the post. Also possibly automatically posting certain categories to our Digg account would be cool. I have donated to the pro version so it would be nice to have it all in one plugin I was thinking.
