[Plugin: Add From Server] How to get files to move upon adding to Media Library?

This plugin works great, with one issue I am having. When it adds the files to the image library, it’s keeping them in the folder they are in on the server. However, I’d like them to actually move to the uploads folder, preferably in the year/month/day folder of the day they are imported. I’m not seeing any settings to change this in the plugin, so I am wondering if there’s any way to accomplish this?
