[Plugin: Add From Server] Does not work well for a lot of images

Using latest 3.2.0.2, if I upload around 600 images and above, it will:

1. Wait a long time
2. Reload and nothing happens

OR

1. Wait a long time
2. Data not found or some browser html error code

Two things might happen:
1. Images don’t get loaded at all.
2. Images get fully loaded even with that browser error
[Haven’t seen this in a long time: Images get partially loaded, and I have no idea where it stopped.]

Because of this, I have to split my files into subfolders of around 600 images each, instead of a one click solution. 🙁

Any suggestions to solve this?
