[Plugin: Active Directory Integration] URGENT

We are having the issue that certain users cannot log in with the message
“Invalid username” on the login pageThe are in the same container in AD than others.
Using the test tool reports SUCCESS!!!
So, what is the difference between Test Tool and the WP login ?http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/active-directory-integration/
